Fire Risk Assessment

A Fire Risk Assessment is an organised and methodical look at your premises, the activities carried out there and an assessment of the likelihood that a fire could start and cause harm to those in and around the premises.

The Fire Risk Assessment is always the first and most important step in order to ensure compliance with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

The Fire Risk Assessment ensures that your fire safety procedures, fire prevention measures and fire precautions (plans, systems and equipment) are all in place and working correctly.

The Fire Risk Assessment will identify any issues that require attention and offer written recommendations to ensure that you are compliant with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. This covers fire fighting equipment, fire detection and warning systems, escape routes, safety signage, fire hazards, the needs of vulnerable people amongst many other things.

With our experience and expertise in the industry, having carried out Fire Risk Assessments at a wide range of premises over the years, by following the procedures set out by BSI, by using the recommended PAS 79 format and by continually updating our knowledge of relevant fire safety legislation, we are in a position to provide you and your company with the service you require.
